Welcome to my website, your best source for real estate information.  I grew up in NY & CT and have lived in the Atlanta, Georgia area, as well as, the Greenville, SC area.  I settled in North Carolina several years ago and am proud to call it home.  Having relocated several times myself, I understand the relocation process and how stressful and exciting it is.  

My philosophy is “If you’re going to do something, do it well”.  I am extremely dedicated and believe in always putting your best foot forward.  I was named on both the Dean’s List and President's List of Kennesaw State University and was invited to join the Golden Key International Honour Society for scholastic achievement.  These are just a few examples of my perseverance and dedication to a job well done.

I understand your home is most likely the largest investment you'll make and a place where many memories were made or soon will be, and that is why I believe in being available to my clients and am always accessible whether someone is calling about your listing or a buyer is looking for that perfect property.  In order to further aid my clients in a smooth and successful transaction Barbara Smith aids in the closing of your home.  Barbara handles many of the administrative and scheduling duties.  Before joining me Barbara worked at a Florida real estate company for five years.

I have an enthusiasm for the Lake Norman area and a passion for real estate. There’s nothing better than working hard and having my clients say what a great experience they've had. 

As a listing agent in the Charlotte/ Lake Norman area, my extensive marketing plan gives a homeowner the opportunity to get the maximum value for their property.
